§ 1 Collection of personal data

collects, processes and uses the data given by the client, and the IP address of the internet connection device (hereinafter "personal data").

§ 2 Purpose of the collection, processing and use

(1) The personal data are collected, processed and used by ipso ecare.com solely for the purpose of providing the services, agreed with the client as defined in § 2 Terms and Conditions.

(2) The personal data are only stored and processed on servers of ipso-ecare.com in Germany.

(3) ipso-ecare.com allows the client to facilitate the registration process by storing his login data, which must be specified before each new visit of ipso-ecare.com, as a cookie on the client's computer. The client may refuse the use of cookies on his computer by changing the settings of the Inter browser or remove this cookie at any time. ipso-ecare.com points out, however, that in this case an automatic registration without re-entering the access data of the client is not possible.

§ 3 Protection of privacy

ipso-ecare.com is committed to protecting the privacy of the client and assures to collect the personal data in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act, to process and to use them for the fulfillment of the purposes defined in § 2. ipso-ecare.com will suitably obligate its staff.

§ 4 Client's rights

The client has rights of access, rectification and deletion regarding the personal data as guaranteed by the Federal Privacy Act. The client may exercise these rights by mail or email to ipso ecare.com or by contacting the person mentioned in § 6.

§ 5 Consent

If the client agrees to the terms of this policy, he agrees to the controlled use of personal data. The consent or the refusal is done by clicking or not clicking on the corresponding field referring to these provisions. The granted or denied consent is recorded; their content is available for the client at any time at (link). The client has the right to revoke his consent at any time and thus resolve his account with all data and delete it.
